Bottom Dollar to open 60th store in New Jersey

US-based discount grocer Bottom Dollar Food is all set to open its 60th store in East Windsor, New Jersey, on 24 October.

The store, located at 440 Route 130 in East Windsor, offers private brands and the national brands, in addition to fresh produce and quality meats, at discount prices. It also offers grocery products, including meat, fresh produce, breads, cakes, deli and bakery items.

The company offers its products under Home 360, Healthy Accents, Hannaford and My Essentials brand names.

Bottom Dollar Food president Meg Ham said, "We look forward to opening our doors in East Windsor this week and offering all of our customers in New Jersey our grand opening prices in celebration of our 60th store."

It will create approximately 45 jobs.

Bottom Dollar is an operator of supermarkets and discount stores based in the US. Bottom Dollar also offers private label brands. It operates seven ENERGY STAR stores. The company operates as a subsidiary of Food Lion, which further operates as a subsidiary of Brussels-based Delhaize Group.
