Stadium Goods partners with Tmall Global to expand into Chinese marketplace

Stadium Goods will expand into the exploding Chinese marketplace through an exclusive partnership with Tmall Global, an extension of Alibaba Group's B2C Tmall.com business, which enables overseas merchants to effectively enter China's rapidly growing online retail market.

Leveraging the unparalleled scale and reach of Alibaba's ecosystem, Stadium Goods will bring its hundreds of thousands of the most coveted sneakers to the increasingly sophisticated Chinese consumer.

As a result of the partnership with Tmall Global, Stadium Goods will now be able to bring the brand's hard-to-find and authenticated sneakers to the affluent sneaker aficionados in China, while benefiting from direct access to Alibaba's hundreds of millions of consumers.

For sellers at Stadium Goods, this partnership signifies increased visibility to the sneakers they're selling and an opportunity for their sneakers to live on Stadium Goods' e-commerce website, its flagship Soho retail store in NYC, as well as Tmall Global's marketplace—expanding the reach of their sneakers globally.
